Precision Physiotherapy, a leading healthcare provider in Canada, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Naturopathic Doctor to join our team. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions, lifestyle, and medical history to develop personalized naturopathic treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based naturopathic treatments, including herbal medicine, nutritional counseling, lifestyle modifications, and other natural therapies to promote overall health and address specific health concerns.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve wellness goals.
Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures, lifestyle changes, and holistic approaches to support their well-being.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress reports.
Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
Stay informed about advancements in naturopathic medicine and participate in professional development activities.
Requirements:
Licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Alberta, Canada, with current registration in good standing.
Doctor of Naturopathy degree from an accredited institution.
Proven experience in providing effective naturopathic treatments and wellness services.
Strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to create individualized treatment plans based on a holistic understanding of patients' health.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a team.
Empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping patients achieve their wellness goals.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest research and trends in naturopathic medicine.
Strong organizational skills to manage patient cases efficiently and maintain accurate records.
Knowledge of additional modalities such as acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, or homeopathy is a plus.
