Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and medical history to develop personalized acupuncture treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based acupuncture treatments, including traditional needle acupuncture, cupping, and other traditional Chinese medicine modalities, to help patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support their well-being goals.
Educate patients on holistic health practices, lifestyle modifications, and self-care techniques to complement their acupuncture treatments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress reports.
Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
Stay informed about advancements in acupuncture techniques and participate in professional development activities.
Requirements:
Licensed Acupuncturist in Canada, with current registration in good standing.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Acupuncture from an accredited institution. Strong organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently and maintain accurate records.
Proven experience in providing effective acupuncture treatments and holistic health services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a team.
Empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping patients achieve their holistic health goals.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest research and trends in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.
Strong organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently and maintain accurate records.
